S o Sweet Treats began with nothing more than curiosity, a piping bag, and a genuine love of learning. When I moved to Tampa, I found myself craving a creative outlet—something new, something joyful. That’s when I signed up for a cake decorating class at Michaels, just to try something different.

One class turned into two… then three. With every swirl of frosting and sprinkle of sugar, I felt more inspired. Eventually, I grew confident enough to share my sweet creations with friends and family. One day, I baked a batch of cupcakes to celebrate a dear friend—and that small gesture turned into something life-changing.

So Sweet Treats was born out of a simple craving for creativity and comfort. When I moved to Tampa, I was searching for something new—a way to express myself, connect with others, and bring a little more joy into the world. One cake decorating class at a local Michaels store turned into a passion that quickly grew beyond my expectations.

What began as small, heartfelt gifts for friends and family soon became custom dessert orders for celebrations across Tampa Bay and Fort Myers. Every swirl of frosting, every handcrafted cupcake, and every sweet bite tells a story—of love, care, and the belief that indulgence should always be worth it.

With over 20 years of professional experience behind me, I poured my heart into building a dessert business rooted in quality, intention, and creativity. Today, So Sweet Treats is proud to be part of our clients’ happiest moments—from baby showers to birthdays, weddings to “just because” days.
